Mismatch
The original building (on the left) shows influences of of Wright's Prairie Style and looks pretty good for a late '50's early 60's creation. BUT, that second story box on the right side is obnoxious and ugly, and it doesn't blend well with the original building.
Eyesore
I don't mind unique designs, but this thing is just an eyesore and it makes the streetscape look silly.

Mansard Roof
With apologies to the late Francois Mansart, I don't think I've ever seen a Mansard roof that looked good. Just my opinion, though, as others apparently like this style. Design is always a matter of opinion, and I don't mean to imply that my view is more important than anyone else's.
